Methods : 21 cases with neck trachea tumor were divided into two groups . 11 cases of group A dissociate trachea tumor on continuous upper epidural anesthesia firstly , then compound in trachea to control breathe when resection and reconstruct .

方法：21例择期颈段气管肿瘤患者，随机分为两组：A组11例，先在连续高位硬膜外阻滞下游离气管肿瘤，切除重建时再复合气管内插管静吸互补全麻，控制呼吸；

Their operations performed were : tracheal fenestration-extraction tumor operation in 6 cases , trachea lateral wall excision plus bronchial valve shaped operation in 1 case , wedge resection of trachea tumor in 3 cases and tracheal circular resection combined opposite termination anastomosis in 4 cases .

气管开窗取瘤术6例，气管侧壁切除支气管瓣成形术1例，楔形切除气管肿瘤3例，气管环形切除对端吻合4例。
